  • Day 3. Attend Debtor

    Attendance at premises or home address. Visible recording of property, business assets, and trading information. A tactful and discreet engagement face to face with your debtor, identifying assets, trading status, appetite to pay, negotiation, collecting payment, and serving of statutory documentation.
